Holz und Design Wurm has been family-owned for five generations. Founded in 1858 as “Schreinerei Wurm”, the family business became a medium-sized company over the decades, now with 32 permanent employees. Georg Anton Wurm specialised the company, turning it into a furniture workshop, with a focus on interior design for hotels and restaurants.

Expanding into in-house planning services, we completed our range of services and increased our base of customers: We have been in demand since 1992 – not only as a reliable, skilled partner for interior and structural architects, but also as a developer of ideas. We increased our range by acquiring a CNC machine and implementing a pure CAD/CAM solution as well as a robot-assisted production.

Our range of services now includes the following: development of ideas, implementation of ideas and reproduction of ideas (batch production).
