Since the end of 2013, Olympia Tower Munich stands for modern, temporary living. Once it had been built for the Olympic Games 1972 – today it offers 320 business apartments for temporary rent. Wide window fronts provide light-filled space, ambitious interior and smart details create a perfect living surrounding in a tiny space. Holz and Design Wurm was engaged to produce, deliver and install furniture on short notice.

High quality materials such as elegant cebrano wood for ground, shelves and washbasin meet light furniture. By day, the bed disappears behind the magnolia colored couch, which safes space. The desk is included into the TV-wallboard.

Room high built-in closets are unobtrusively, but provide plenty of space. An integrated light system, distributed throughout the room, and a fine kitchenette including high quality electrical appliances fulfill the demands of an enhanced lifestyle. The bathroom consists of a level-access shower, toilette and washbasin. In order to save space, sliding curtains were installed at the wardrobe.

In summary, functionality and design are combined perfectly in this modern living concept.
