deltapro – fresh@RED Café | Bistro | Catering

fresh@RED is a café for employees and external guests located in the Headquarter of deltapro Immobilien GmbH, in a business park in Gilching near Munich. As event location it can provide capacities up to 100 people. Holz und Design Wurm planned and realized the interior design.

The loft-similar guestroom is framed by a window facade and divided into two areas by the staircase. A playful chain curtain supports the division and functions as privacy screen. Moreover, a warm wooden floor at bistro area creates a visual contrast to the concrete floor around the staircase. Different seating groups structure the guest room and provide a homely atmosphere. The bar counter is integrated into the back end like an open kitchen. All needed refrigeration units were integrated, a glass cabinet put upon the counter and sufficient storage space provided. The maple fronts were covered with a special board paint, which can be labeled. Three glossy metal luminaries with a red inner shield add highlights. Bistro tables for two or four people, made of light wood table tops and concrete table legs, are displayed in sequences. The seating vary at each side: white seat pans in contrast to black ones. A modern wooden high desk with six bar stools loosen up the linear design. Bar-style benches, made of red artificial leather, bring color into the guest room, whereas big, black metal industrial-style luminaries, round off the complete scenery.
