Hotel Millip

„Der Milipp“ is a traditional four star hotel located in a small Bavarian town called Beilngries. Family run since 1401, today it combines a romantic hotel, with a butcher’s shop and a highly recommended restaurant.

After the basic floor plans of the local architect Rudi Fruth Holz and Design Wurm planned and realized twelve hotel rooms and two suites in the new outbuildings. For guests was created an ideal home from home, which offers authentic alpine atmosphere, coziness and luxury facilities. The owners attached their importance to high quality materials, harmony and exact detail work. Simple forms, fine old oak, natural earthy tones and subdued patterns have been combined to timeless, alpine design. A slightly softer carpet provides coziness.

Holz and Design Wurm performed all kinds of work: carpenter works, manufacture of the furniture and doors. So, for example, the unique desk consisting of a plain black steel frame and an oak table top or the box spring beds with its Chesterfield headboard and LED lighting.
